My wife and I bought a house two months ago and I'd like to say we adopted a pool as part of the transaction. It's a 25k-ish gallon 25yr-ish old Roman-style with a built-in hot tub.
The former owner covered re-plastering before we moved in. We're now learning the daily joys and trials of owning a pool.
I'm without a particularly good image - but here it is when it was drained for re-plastering:
