I put in a claim with the insurance company about 3 weeks ago. They sent someone out the next day. Since then I have not heard anything at all from the inside examiner despite leaving several messages on their answering machine. Does it normally take this long? I plan to call the insurance company and complain. Assuming at some point I hear back from somebody, just wondering if anyone has any tips about repairs a pool screen. I live in Central Florida. What to look for. Things to know. Etc.
