Rec Warehouse Status?

Hi guys, my wife attempted to call Recreational Warehouse (multiple locations) and every number she calls has been disconnected. We live in rural KY about an hour and a half or so north of Knoxville, TN and need to get some replacement parts for our above ground pool we purchased there a couple of years ago. Did Rec Warehoude go out of business?

The name is the same and they have been in business for 34 years so I think they may be the same chain. We originally purchased our pool in McDonough, GA, my wife attempted that number along with one that we had seen in Knoxville about a year and a half ago, no luck.
