What to do with this pool deck?

Hello, I have a few questions if someone wouldn't mind answering.

1. What type of deck material do you think I have? (house built in the early 70's. Dallas area.) I was guessing Kool Deck.

2. As you can see in the pictures with all the deck tearing up, I'm guessing the best option is to tear it all up and have acrylic sprayed down? (I'm looking for a cheap option but something that also looks nice.)

3. I'm assuming this deck is beyond repair, so any estimate on the cost of an entire acrylic spray? (I'll tear up the old layer to save a little money.)

Looks like a Kool Deck - type product to me.

We had ours redone a few years ago for around $3000, but I think it was a larger area than I see in your pictures.

You may as well call some places to get quotes as there is no way we can estimate the costs.
