Have you read Pool School? Do you have a plan of attack?
The high CH can be managed by controlling the pH and TA.
But, first you have to clear your water.
Raise your CYA up to 30-40ppm, verify/adjust your pH to about 7.2, and then start the Shock Process described in Pool School.
