Ok. You won't be able to manage your chlorine at a CYA level of zero. When was your pool filled? You may be in danger of an algae bloom if you've been at that FC level for any length of time. 8 oz of chlorine a night with a cya of zero is no good. Even if you have no organics in your pool your chlorine will burn off in the daytime under the sun. You need to get to Pool School on the top right and get yourself a good test kit. You MAY need to shock your pool. In the meantime you need to get that chlorine level up, and get some CYA in your pool so it doesn't burn off in the sun. And pool store tests are probably no good to you. Have you got a test kit of any kind?

EDIT: Just noticed the difference in your Total Chlorine and your Free Chlorine. If those results are close to accurate, you need to shock.
