We buy meat in big packages and vacuum pack it then freeze it. And we buy those vacuum packed frozen salmon fillets. Problem is, they take forever to defrost, even sitting on the counter. The solution: the pool. But they'll sink. And if it doesn't happen to be a nice day, it's hard to fish them out. Solution: drop it in the float chair. 30 minutes, tops. I suppose a turkey will take longer, I haven't tried it. Yet.
