What should be my opening values? How long would they most likely be the target range?

PS.. I read the Pool School values, but it suggests getting suggestions under these conditions.

The first step is to test your fill water then make adjustments if needed after your pool is full.

The ranges for the parameters you need to test can be found in "The ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry" up in Pool School.
