I learned the hard way. My Lucy jumped up on me as I was putting the cap back on and knocked it out of my hands, spilling the powder onto the deck. Thank goodness the shipping is fast on Duraleigh's reagents.

She's not the greatest helper. Lol. A few weeks ago she chewed through one of my flexible hoses. I replaced it with that cheap junk they sell at Leslie's and have been having trouble keeping it on ever since. Never again!

I can relate. When we first moved into this house, our dog attacked the Polaris hose thinking she was saving us from the serpent in the pool. Has since been trained not to do that anymore.
