Hello TFP community. I have been wanting to build my own (or have built) for several years now. I believe I am getting close to being able to do it. I am soaking up tons of information here and intend to do a lot more reading.
I am leaning toward an inground 18x36 rectangle, ~7/8 deep end, 3.5 shallow, sand filter, SWG, liner style pool. The location where we want the pool is NOT level, so I'm expecting the grading/excavation to be a pretty significant challenge.
Also, at this point, I am planning to do quite a bit of DIY... as much as I can anyway.
