I started BBB last week. Drained pool and refilled to get CYA right. Now trying to shock and it has rained at least 1-2 inches every evening since. My PH is 7.4 my FC is 2.4 and my CC is .08. According to the CYA chart (CYA is 40) I should be using 16 as my FC target. That being said I have been using 2.1 to 3 182oz containers each day just to try to get the green out. I am getting there but its not happening quickly with all of this rain. Am I doing this correctly?

Everything you describe sounds correct. Remember to test and adjust the FC level back up to shock level frequently at first. That will speed up the process.
LOL.....Glad i found it for 2.50 for 182 oz @ Dollar General. Still beats paying 150.00 for a bucket of chlorine that never worked and had to drain it all out. BTW. Still a little Green but I can see the bottom. That's nice.
