Frame is level but water in pool not level!!

Ok I am confused!! So do I need to drain the pool and move it so we can level it!! Or can we just dig under the post to make the water level level!!

I think it best to move the pool to a level spot. It can be where the pool is now or another level one where there is enough room for the liner and the legs. But yes, you will need to drain the pool to move it a level place.

If left unlevel, it may be fine or it may bend the frame and fail completely.

If the pool is 3" off level you can't remedy that by jacking up a couple of legs. The site is not level so it has to be fixed and installed properly, you mentioned you have very young children, the last thing you want is a wall failure with a toddler near it - that ain't gonna be good.

Google some videos for pool failure and imagine a 2 year old near that.

A good way to check level on a large scale is using a water level. I found a link here on how to do it.

it's just a clear rubber tube with water in it. You place one end as a reference point and move the other end around to check. Cheep and more accurate than a laser level IMO.

I used a water level on my ground. Works great.
