SWG and galvanized steel panels

Just getting started, we live in Missouri and are wanting in have a in ground vinyl liner pool built. We would like to use a salt system, but cannot decide between using polymer graphex or galvanized steel construction. Some the builders say the salt system will corrode the steel construction. Anyone have any thoughts on this? The pool we are choosing is a lagoon shape pool, 40' x 30' x 20' with a 8' deep end.

Unless the steel is touching the water or placed somewhere that is constantly being splashed on, having a SWG will not make any difference to the lifetime of the panels.

I just installed a Cozumel and it is warranted with SWG for 35 years
