New pool: add chemicals before pump turned on?

It'll probably be 2-3 hours before the water gets high enough for the pump to be turned on.
Should I go ahead and add liquid bleach, or just wait for the pump at this point?

I know that I have a big priority of bleach, cya and ph adjustment based on my initial test this morning. Is there an ideal or necessary waiting period between adding these chemicals?

Wait for the pump.

PH first. Give it half an hour to mix. While that's mixing, set up the CYA in a sock. Then add bleach. You can speed it all up by brushing.
