what to dose my FC at?

so what should i dose my FC too at night? or early in the morning before the sun comes up?


is it ok to go above the target FC of 5? with this hot weather 90-95 past 7 days, uses 3-5 FC per day

If you're losing 5 and minimum is 3, take it up to 8.

It's safe to swim in up to shock level.

My CYA is 60 and I've been adding 5.5 per day, I don't let it get under 7, most often it's 7.5 at night. 7.5+5.5=13 - I add my chlorine between 7:30-9pm. Lately I've been waiting until around 8:30 when the sun is setting.

so what should i dose my FC too at night? or early in the morning before the sun comes up?

I prefer to dose after the sun is off the pool in the evening because the chlorine only has to work on anything organic.
