Polymeric sand with pavers

Here is a semi-closeup of our french pattern travertine. We put polymeric sand in early this season, it probably needs a second application as the rain has washed a bit of it away.

essejM3, that is exactly the look I am going for. Can you let me know who installed them for you or where you got them, what thickness and color they are? You are not far from me in Lancaster Co, any problems with freezing and heaving? Thank you for sharing the photo, it helps me to have something to go by.

The wife and I actually installed them ourselves. We purchased them from http://www.stone-mart.com/, they are standard travertine thickness whatever that is and IIRC the color was called Roman Blend. Everyone that sees them gives lots of compliments, we are VERY happy with our decision. Don't try sourcing it locally, you'll get quotes near $10 sqft uninstalled. Purchase it from Florida and have it shipped up here. No freezing or settling issues as they are dryset, just make sure you get a good base.

That is great information - thank you! We will most likely install ourselves, as well. They look similar to what we can special order from Home Depot, I will have to check the specs and see what works for us. We get contractor pricing from HD, but not sure how much for a special order item. Thanks again.
