I recently got my CPO certification and I am mastering my new skill set with my own pool. Once I feel confident in what I do I would like to start a pool company. I am fortunate to have the start up cost for a pool maintenance company and know the great importance of developing a business plan. Since I'm a noob I think a good place to start is by networking with other professionals on inside information. I figured a seminar/conference would work great since no one is really in your coverage area.
