    Remote thermometer

I am not sure if this is in the right place but i have been looking for a way to add a remote thermometer so that we can check the temp of the pool from inside the house. I have seen the cheap wireless ones that float in the pool and have the reciever in the house but they dont seem to have good reviews and i am looking for more of a perminant solution that would be mounted in the skimmer or in the plumbing somewhere. Does somthing like this exist without spending hundreds of dollars or will i have to figure out somthing of my own?

Accurite from Home Depot for $30.00. It works for me. See this thread
