Need Some Advice....

I noticed a decent amount of algae blooming yesterday so I checked my FC and it was 0.5. I knew I wouldn't have a chance to get to the store to get some bleach so I put the SWG on 100% and left the pump running all night. I guess I need to shock but want to check with the experts prior to doing so. Here are my current levels:

FC - 9.0
CC - 0
TC - 9.0
Ph - 7.8
TA - 100
CH - 160
CYA - 45
Salt - 3330

I'm new to this so I want to confirm what I need to do. Since my CYA is a bit low, I guess I also need to bring that up as well. Can I shock and bring up CYA at the same time??? Also, I will be leaving for a week long vacation tomorrow so I need your best advice on how to put my pool in a state where it won't be a big algae bloom when I get back.

Shock for your current level of CYA, then bring up the CYA level for your SWG.

What is shock level for current CYA? The shock chart only goes down to 60.

Use the shock chart for Non-SWG pools.
