Yes, it is fine to use both bleach and tablets at the same time. The only limitation is that bleach should not be poured onto the tablets. As long as they are each added to the pool separately you will be fine.

In the upper left, enter your pool volume. In the next row, under FC (Free chlorine), enter 0 for "Now" and 20 for "Goal". Click calculate and you'll see the result, which comes out to 1037oz of 6% bleach when I run it.
