Does anyone know anything good or bad about Polar Pools

The place is located in Matthews, NC. I cannot find an actual business location on google maps. It just makes me wary of a possible scam. He is rated "A" by the BBB. I am considering buying a DIY Inground Pool kit from them. I am also open to suggestions as to where I may be able to get a good kit.
