I'm curious as how much affect on the flow a pilot tube flow meter has? 1.5" pipe blue and white flowmeter (F-30150p, 20-100 GPM range) has a 1"x5/8" pilot sticking into a 1.5" tube:
so basically it would cover 35% of the pipe and should have a measurable impact on the flow. i looked thru several pdf on white and blue web site, but found no information on this. and I wonder if this taken into account and the scale on the meter reflects it?
