When run the filter with SWG?

What is the best time to run the pool filter with SWG? My filter have to run for 4 hours and the SWG for 3 hours. Is morning the best time?

I really doesn't make any difference when you run the pump unless you have time of day based electric rates. Some people like to run the pump while they are swimming, but not a big deal regardless.
