MiniMax Plus 400 IID - LEDs flicker - will not turn on

Hi folks. I am new to this forum and I hope you can assist me with my problem. I have a 12 year old MiniMax Plus 400 (IID). It has worked flawlessly until this season. Here's what is happening. With the Power LED lit I move the switch to Pool with the thermostat all the way down. I then turn up the thermostat to the point where it calls for heat.

LED status lights at this point (Note that the solenoid/relay on the thermostat circuit board is clicking in time with the LEDs below):
Power - ON but dim
Service - ON but dim
Tstat - ON but flickers
RMT - ON but flickers
Press - ON but flickers
Heat - OFF
PV - OFF
Tfuse - OFF
Hitemp - ON

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
