    Filter Leaking

My filter has a slow leak at the flange clamp. It is a Hayward S180T. I can't tighten the screws on the clamp any more than they already are. I am thinking I need to replace the o-ring?

That sounds like you certainly need to. A good cleaning and lubing might help but since you're going to have to pull it apart, you might as well change it.

phooey. Oh well. I guess that give me the excuse to install unions - something I should have done when I set it up but I used the excuse that I wasn't sure what the final product would look.
