pool heater - help please

I have a Hayward gas heater (HM 350CPE2). The pilot assembly is rusted and needs to be replaced. Hayward does not make this part anymore. The heater is working fine, and I don't want to replace it just because I cannot find the $50 part. Please help.

Call around to some plumbing supply houses in your area, The pilot assembly on pool heaters are not much, if any, different than assemblies that go on home heating boilers, furnaces, etc. A local heating contractor in your are may have what you are looking for as well
