TF-100 test kit - does it have an expiration date?

I am thinking of buying the TF-100 test kit (I am new to pool ownership).
Do any of the tests in the kit expire? If yes when? If I buy it now, will it still be accurate next season?

Officially the reagents are good for one season. In practice they will often last much longer as long as they are stored somewhere cool and dark and never frozen.

Some do but I don't believe it is necessary.

Probably the best thing you can do to extend the life of the reagents is to test inside your house and store the kit inside your house. The reagents don't like extreme changes of temp (hot or cold) but they love being inside.

I go to the pool and get a styrofoam cup full of water and then go sit at the kitchen counter to perform the tests. My kit is kept in a closet nearby.
