When to shock?

I tried to search this topic but can really only find answers for when there is an algae problem present. I have my water chemistry right where I think I want it.

FC 4
CC 0
PH 7.5
TA 110
CH 140
CYA 30
Temp 28C or 80F

I have not had any issues with CC and 2-4 people use the pool regularly. I add 12% bleach every other say to maintain CL @ 4ppm. If I never seem to have any CC should I still be shocking this pool and if so how often? I am using a Taylor 2006 and the water is crystal clear.

Or when CC levels are too high. Most people don't understand the shock process. Adding a bag of shock product does not equal the shock process. Just keep adding the 12% bleach to your pool, you are doing the right thing!
