    Are Doughboy Pools Proprietary??

I'm hoping, wishing, praying to replace our Intex pool next year. She's been great for four years, but age is starting to catch up to her. I know doughboys have a good reputation, but I'm curious if they are as proprietary as the Intex. Does anyone have any feedback?

If by proprietary you mean do they have special connectors that are incompatible with everyone else, then the answer is no, their parts are very compatible and work well with equipment of other brands.

Awesome! I was worried that like intex that might have special size fittings, skimmers, etc.
