Best time of day for aa treatment

Is there a best time of day to give a vitamin c treatment? In sun, not direct sunlight or at dusk, in reading about the aa treatments I could not find this answer.

It doesn't really matter what time you do it. It really all depends on when you can devote the time to getting it done.

Agreed, but given a choice evening is best. The softer light helps read the Ph test better and the chlorine can sit in the pool working thru the night before starting to be consumed the next day.
Personally I enjoy being out in the cool evening testing, treating and closing the pool for the night. Lately the bats in our area have come out and started buzzing around.
