So while after working hard to replace a lot of the parts on my exisiting pool slide I hooked up the water hose to fire it up. After I turned on the water it was clear that there was little to no water coming out of ground pipe. After several minutes I noticed water coming up through the cracks in my concrete pad. It appears the PVC line under the concrete pad is broken and needs repair. Has anyone else had this problem? Any fix it ideas? Is there anyway to do this without the chiseling through the concrete which I'm not really interested in doing?

Not really, your best alternative may be to run a new water line along the edge of the concrete or possibly add a small electric pump and intake under the slide if you have electricity available.
