I have a mini max 400. The pilot light comes on & so do the heater lights but no flames. I hear a clicking like it wants to come on, but nothing. can you help?

Is the gas line turned on? Start with the obvious right

yes the gas line is turned on, if it wasn't, the pilot would not ignite, right?

Not knowing much about gas spa heaters, but knowing a bit about gas domestic water heaters, a lit pilot and a failure for the burner to ignite would cause me to check the thermocouple.

Missed that about the pilot.

I agree with dave either the thermocouple or the valve that opens due to the signal from it.
