How to clean the bottom of the pool? How to get the leaves?

    Another newbie question:

How do I clean the bottom of the pool?

Been brushing and leaf skimming but there are now a bunch of leaves on the bottom of the pool.

My deep end is also around 8 feet deep.

    Thanks!

Use a leaf rake (one meant for a pool) or leaf bagger as shown here http://www.troublefreepool.com/pool-...l_encyclopedia

My leaf rake has a hard edge like a dust pan. Push that edge along the bottom to scoop up leaves, it works better than trying to pull it towards you.
