Suggestions on first test / step

Okay so the remodel is finally done and after treading water with the chemistry, here's what I have. Not sure what to do first since i'm new to BBB.

Oh, and we had a dead squirrel in the pool yesterday so I'm thinking of shocking (after reading the thread on such matters). Thanks in advance for the assistance!

FC: 5
PH: 7.3 (just added muriatic)
CYA: Less than 30.
CH: 160 ppm
TA: 60 ppm

Raise the TA to about 90. Raise CYA to around 40 to 50. And raise CH to around 300. TA is the most important, but really they can be done in any order.

Is it okay to shock after TA is 90 or should I balance the other items first?
