New pool owner seeking advice

Hello folks,

We are new and excited owners of a back yard in ground pool in the house we just bought north of Chicago. After opening and one cleaning by the pool care service that used to take care of the pool for the previous owner, I have taken over. I have switched from the chlorine pucks and dichlor powder to 6% bleach following advice here. The pool is 30,660 gallons, concrete bottom, and vinyl sides. Here are the readings using the TF100 kit on two different days.

--5/27--6/1
FC--3--4
CC--0--0
pH--7.8--7.8
TA--120--100
CH--180--120
CYA--40--40

I trust the CH readings from 6/1 more. Now on to the questions.

1. Should I worry about CC=0?
2. Should I worry about CH being too low?
3. Anything else wrong with the current levels?
4. I have left the pump running 24x7. Time to cut back to two shifts of 5 hours each?

Thanks so much in advance for your help.

Best,
Sumit
