I have a Tagelus TA60. I just opened the pool and the filter started leaking below the top mount attachment. It appears to be from the actual filter not the union. Can i seal this with anything?

I'd check the flange well and even remove clean and reseal it. If it does turn out ot be the vessel you shouldn't try to repair it. If it's already cracked you never know if it'll fail catastrophically even after you try to repair it.
