    what size sand filter?

I have a 22x52in Intex pool. My cartridge pump stopped working so i have to buy a new pump. Would you guys suggest the 1,600 gph sand pump or the 2650... I can buy the 1600 at my local wal-mart vs. ordering the bigger. Thanks!

On a 22 I'd go with the 2650. It'll keep up better. I think the 1600 is for pool up to 18'

The 2650 is much better. As a general rule you want the largest filter you have room for and can afford, but only a mid-sized pump (preferably a two speed pump).
