Mini Pebble Gets Installed Today

The remodel of our 1984 Shasta Pool has been ongoing for nearly a month now. Today we are finally at surface installation. Tomorrow will be an Acid Wash and then fill. It will be 108 here today, so really looking forward to having the pool finished. I will attempt to get some good pictures along the way.

They finished the MiniPebble on Thursday, then did an Acid Wash on Friday. It took 12 hours to fill it up. Startup is Monday. All I do now is sweep, sweep, sweep

The color is Aqua White. A bit of a misnomer, as it looks more like light blue when applied and lightens as it cures.

Looking at your picture again, I can't believe you have a teddy bear cholla by your pool...must be hard on the inflatable toys!

That was there when we bought the place, and has a bird nest with eggs in it. When the babies hatch and leave the nest, the cholla will be removed.

They started up the pump and finished some plumbing on the auto leveler Monday. It is looking good so far. They should be out tomorrow to put in the popups and do an overall balance of water chemistry. Salt system is in (Pentair), but will not get started for three more weeks.
