    90 degree water!

Is there anyway to cool my pool water down? I've thought about throwing 20lb blocks of ice in there

Throwing ice in won't do a thing.

    Look into something like this:
Built in 1957 44,000 gallon in-ground, Wet Edge Primera Stone in Sky Blue, Intelliflo VF Pump, 600 lb. Pentair Triton II TR-100 Sand Filter, CircuPool RG 60 Plus SWG, TF-100 test kit

Install solar panels and run them at night.

    90 degree water!

Mine was at 91, but TS Beryl took care of getting back down to the mid 80s. Normally when it gets too warm, I turn on the pump to let the water circulate overnight.

Yep, all the rain and clouds from Beryl dropped our pool temp from 89 to 83.
