I tested the water this morning and the pH is right on (7.5). The water is still cloudy (which I expected)! The FC and CYA are way too low. Tonight, I plan on adding 6% bleach up to shock level and stabilizer. What i'm not sure about is the alkalinity. The alkalinity is reading 180 ppm. I think that this is contributing to the cloudiness. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Do you know your CH level? TA won't cause cloudiness unless CH is at least a little high. 98 times out of 100 cloudiness is caused by algae.
