We brought home a Dolphin Dx4 for our brand new pool. It started up and ran just fine. When it came time to empty the bad, we noticed one corner is literally jammed under one corner of the plast and there is no way we can budge it without ripping the bag. 
Is this common or were we just the unlucky ones?
Just for the record, we are brand new at pools and I will post all the information soon. I'm off to read other posts and learn pool care. We are just really bummed about our new toy having issues on it's maiden voyage!
