update, in case anyone has been following this thread
last night: fc 32.5, cc=0
4:45 this morning: 31.5, cc=.5/ 31.5, cc=0
so it looks like I'm done. Keeping my fingers crossed!
It took 21 gallons of 12% and 4 full days, and it really did not look that bad to begin with.
