Spa Heat won't go above 94 degrees

Hello all new spa owner here and know absolutely nothing about them it is a small 2 person tub when we first got it a couple days ago it heated up to 104 now only 94 not sure why here is a pic of my controls I couldn't find any info on them any help is appreciated

Hot tub experts should be along soon. I'd start with the thermostat itself. Sometimes the older mechanical thermostats can get out of whack, and might need a simple adjustment.
