Best time to resurface our pool?

If this matters, which is the better time to resurface, at the end of pool season, or at the beginning?

Whenever least impacts your swimming

I would recommend at the beginning ... because it is important to keep your levels balances while curing ... and maybe you pay less attention at the end of the season (although I now see you do not winterize). In Florida, I would say in the winter when it has no impact to your use.
