My inlet difuser on my pump that sits on the inside bottom seems to not fit too snugly. Should it be a glued fit? Kinda snug? My fit does not seem very snug. Anyone have experience on this? My filter has about 8psi when sucking from spa. When I switch to skimmer which is further away I get about 1 psi. Skimmer port to suction cleaner ( my normal setup) no psi at all but the cleaner moves fine. Should the lack of psi be a concern?

Do not glue the defuser it will tighten up when the pump is togather. The low psi could be a bad pressure guage
