8 year old aqua rite sys, only the power light is on, no others

I too have a 8 year old aqua rite sys. Only the power light is on, no others. Followed advice and replaced part from digi key. Did not fix. You can scrool thru the readings on the panel they are starting with salt 1900, 82, 31.1, 0.00, 0-100%, -0, AL-5, r-1.31. Does anyone have any other suggestions before I order a new PCB. Fuse is good. Help please
