Anyone use the polaris ladder guard - G21?

I am thinking about getting one of these ladder guards to keep my 280 from getting stuck behind the ladder in the deep end and wonder if it really works? Anyone have any experience they can share?

I use them and they do indeed work. I only have one set on my ladder on one side, but I am going to be getting another set for the other side.
