hey what can i do about algae growing on walls i know the pool chemicals need to be brought up to date( pool was just opened a couple weeks ago) but the water temp is about 57 so im not sure if that will throw off my water test results could i just throw in a couple bottles of shock to help for now. pool is vinyl about 30,000 gallons thanks

Without knowing your levels and maintaining them, adding chlorine will just be a waste of money.
will i get accurate reading with the water temp at 57 degrees. ive heard that some wont be accurate especially salt
The CYA test is recommended allow the water sample to get to room temperature before taking a reading but the others will result just fine at that temp.
