    Intex Ladder Mod

I had to find a solution to these narrow Intex ladders... Short of building one from scratch with PVC, this is what I did. I enjoyed sitting and watching the kids today. Thanks to all for the informative posts!

TFP Expert who uses Pool School and my TF100 test kit along with PoolMath for my: Round 11K gallon AGP with deep end, 20" sand filter, Matrix 1hp 2spd, 6 2ftX20ft solar panels (and solar cover!), Intex SWCG (copper bars disconnected) and a Rubadub hot tub (chlorine). The SLAM process is not finished until: 1. CC < 0.5 ppm, 2. An OCLT < 1.0 ppm and, 3. The water is crystal clear.

Hmmm.. checking on the images, they do appear to be broken.

Now... they appear fine. My wife has me working on a second ladder, we found one at a garage sale for pennies.

How did you attach the platform to the ladder? I need to make some modifications to my ladder and want to add this to it. Thanks,

    Re: Intex Ladder Mod

I just used galvanized pipe strap as it was just an experiment. I may try to find a more solid mount. Please post back if you come up with a solid mount. It has been holding up really well, so far.

Would you mind uploading some more pictures from the underside of the ladder? Thanks
