FC has been running from 6.5 to 7 added BORAX Monday, tested today FC 10.5 . The question is this the norm, Shut my SWG off to let the cl fall off a little.

Borax does slow the growth of algae. If you had a low level algae problem adding borax could have tipped the balance so that you finally killed off the last of the algae.
OK not sure what to do? FC this morning was a 10.5 no cc's, ph is 7.5, CYA is 60, my SWG is a Pentair ic40 I have it set as low as I can go and that is at 20%. with the pump running 14hr a day, off from 10am till 2pm then off from 8pm till 2 am. I know 10 and 11 FC is high but with with all the pollen and thing blowing of the trees I really need to be running my pump more, so give me some advice!!! Thanks Jeff.

Once all the junk is finished falling from the trees, I think you can cut back your run time (I am currently doing 6 hours daily) and that will keep you from over-chlorinating.
Short of that, you simply have to cycle off your SWG every other day or so until you find the best balance. Of course, you could reduce your CYA but that would be a last, poor option if it were my pool.

Jason 20% is as low as I can go. What about adding a suntouch system , will that let me dial it down to a lower LVL say 8%?
Fishhunt, you need to figure out your turn-over rate to run time for that Intelliflo.
Yes, any Pentair brand automation system will allow you to set the SWG percentages to any number between 0 and 100.
